New Favorite Dress

Y’all I feel like it’s been a while!  I have been slowly but surly recovering from my week in Augusta.  It was such a long and exhausting week, but it was also so much fun!  Not to mention I also had to work this past Saturday which normally isn’t a big deal since I only work one Saturday a month but after working 90 plus hours during Master’s week the last thing I wanted to do was work another day I normally don’t work.  I literally worked 13 out of 14 days in the past two weeks and it was tiring.  It’s okay though, I got through it and I am slowly starting to gain my energy back!

I did however come home to a few packages waiting on me.  One of them being this adorable off the shoulder dress from Old Navy (that is now currently on sale).  I ordered it the week before Easter with plans to wear it for the holiday but it unfortunately did not get here in time which I was a little mad about, but now that I am home and we finally had a warm enough day for me to wear it, I’m not so mad anymore!

Now let me be the first to tell you the hype I created in my head for this dress was not let down!  I am absolutely obsessed with this cutie.  It is a super light linen fabric and the color is my new obsession.  I think I’ve told y’all this already but I have only recently started wearing yellow.  I don’t know why but I have always refused to wear it, I’m pretty sure it started out with me thinking it clashed with my hair and then it just went on from there.  Any who, that’s over now and I am really starting to enjoy this color more and more.  So don’t be surprised if you see this dress pop up on my insta feed a few times this Spring/Summer.
