Before we start, let me be the first to say, please excuse my hair in these pictures. I decided it would be a great idea to do a quick shoot while there were tornado warnings going on in my area. It’s the price you pay when you went on a short hiatus and want to get some good content before another busy week!
Jared and I have been doing a few home improvements lately to our master bedroom which is literally the last room I was trying to do right now (I’ve really had my sights set on doing out guest bedroom but whatever). I don’t think I am going to post our master just yet on the blog, if at all, like I have been with the other rooms we are renovating, simply because we only changed decor in the room. Nothing too fancy, just new bed set, new night stands, and I made a DIY wall hanging that I forgot to take pictures of while making so that would be hard to document at this point. It’s okay though, I am so happy with how it all turned out that I might end up showing it off eventually. Other than that we’ve just been spending our excess time trying to relax and get through this awful weather we have been having. I seriously have been getting so excited to see the sun out only to walk outside and it be like 58 degrees. Not happy about that. I have too many cute dresses to show off for it to be this cold.
These pants however were my saving grace a couple days ago when I wanted to dress like it was actually Spring outside but the weather did not permit. They are the cutest shade of pink, perfect for Spring but still kept me warm enough during this awful wind! I got them at Old Navy not too long ago and literally wish I would have gotten them in a few other colors. I had my eye on the cutest periwinkle pair (here) that were raw hemmed! Anyways, one of these day I will be able to be consistent in my outfit choices on the blog, but obviously not until mother nature makes up her mind on what season she wants it to be!
